Dean's Ambassadors Council Website

Here's the template I've done for the Dean's Ambassadors Council. It's not done yet, since I haven't received any graphics or really any new information besides what links they would like on it for now, but this is pretty much what I had in mind.
I didn't want anything fancy. I wanted to keep it plain, simple, and navigable, yet still aesthetically pleasing. It's XHTML and CSS validated (but I guess that wouldn't really be important on a student council website). I plan on doing something with the header, of course, but for now, since I don't have graphics for it, I just have what's up there. Of course, this looks a little uglier in IE, but at least it's not broken, which is saying something.
